We have 2 programs under our AFL, the Beginner's Program and the Intermediate's Program.
Beginner's Program:
You will get One Meal A Day/800 cal (OMAD, 1 meal + 500 mL broth/day), then Protein Sparing Modified Fast (PSMF, 2-3 meals/day, 600-700 cal) + Broth Lifestyle Meal Plan (BLMP, 2 meals + organic broth)
Intermediate's Program:
This program is ideal for customers who came from One Meal A Day (OMAD), Healthy Meal Plan LCHP/KETO (HMP), Broth Fast and Water Fasting. You will get 2 to 4 weeks of Healthy Protein Sparing Modified Fast (PSMF, 2-3 meals/day, 600-700 cal) + One Meal A Day (OMAD, 800 cal)
NOTE: SOME DAYS, MEALS ARE THE SAME, THIS IS HOW AFL IS DESIGNED.
